We’re spending the next few days retracing our steps as we move north. There won't be as much to report, although we’re taking our time.
Just to prove we’re in the South, here’s some cotton.
We stopped at Ellis Bros farm for some pe-CAHNs. They provided free samples for most of their offerings--I had to get the Key Lime option.
Then it was our second Buc-ee’s of the trip. For those unaware, Buc-ee’s is like Kwik-e-Mart meets a Wal-Mart. It's enormous, with food stations and the cleanest bathrooms you'll ever see. Got to meet the mascot and picked out some brisket for lunch.
A few hours later, we arrived at the Georgia lake house where Amy and Don recently moved from WI. It's very peaceful and quiet.
We crashed early--more tomorrow.
